After many months of negotiations and planing, the former management of Transportation Legalization Services and Infomatik Services, Inc. have joined forces to create a new trucking regulatory compliance firm called FleetLegal Solutions, Inc.

The new firm, based in Red Oak, Texas, specializes in helping interstate trucking companies and individual Owner/Operators reduce the high cost of compliance using the firm's comprehensive outsourcing solutions and consultation.
